Can A Regular Account Use An Ironman House?

Currently, regular Iron accounts can have their own Player Owned House, but can't invite anyone in or travel to other houses. In Group Ironman, players will be able to access other players' houses.
Can you make an Ironman a normal account?
There will be an option to convert it to a standard account (or to a regular Ironman in the case of a Hardcore or Ultimate Ironman) at any point after the tutorial by talking to the tutors in Lumbridge, but this conversion is permanent, and an account cannot be remade an Ironman.
