After all, the hots only lives on the smurfing and abuse of players from each other's major leagues from season to season. This has completely cut off the path for newcomers to progress, but Smurfs are still not banned. Will things finally change now? Blizzard has been trying to address smurfing for a while now.

David, If your account has been banned only for a few (14)days that means that soon will be unbanned and you'll be back in action. If however you wish to create a new Epic account, you are always very welcome to do so. Just make sure to avoid any actions that might lead to a ban account again.

Currently, it doesn't matter what you report them for. Simply the number of reports the person receives. It's all automated. You have to be a popular streamer for any suspensions to be overturned.
